1. Information We Collect
When you use CopyCheck Online, we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service:
- Account info: Email, name, and avatar from Google Sign-in (used for identification and display).
- Check content: Text you submit is used only for an immediate check and is not permanently stored. We retain only the first 200 characters as a preview in your recent-checks history.
- Usage stats: IP, browser UA, and referrer — for traffic analytics and abuse prevention.
- Payment info: Processed by Stripe / Creem / PayPal. We never store your card details directly.
2. How We Use It
- Provide and personalize check, search boost, and image compression features
- Process credit purchases and subscriptions
- Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, count page views
- Send service notifications (only with your consent)
3. Third-Party Services
The following third-party services are used to power core features. They may receive your query text when called:
- Tavily (web check · search + page scraping)
- UAPI (uapis.cn) (search boost · live web search)
- DeepSeek (AI rewrite)
- UAPI image compression (lossless PNG/JPG)
- Creem / Stripe / PayPal (payments)
- Google OAuth (sign-in)
4. Cookies and Sessions
We use first-party cookies only to maintain your login session (cc_session). No cross-site tracking is performed. Google Sign-in may set third-party cookies to help you choose an account.
5. Your Rights
- Sign out at any time (My → Logout)
- Request deletion of your account and all data (email [email protected])
- View, export, and delete your check history
6. Data Retention
Check history is kept to the latest 50 entries. Account deletion removes all personal data immediately. Anonymized analytics may be retained to improve the service.
7. Policy Changes
Significant changes will be surfaced clearly on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
